About PlayByPlay

PlayByPlay is a seat-filling organisation. PlayByPlay and its membership exist first and foremost as a service for producers and theatres to fill specific empty seats for productions and to be the most positive audience members possible.

As such, members are not purchasing tickets... members are promising to discreetly fill unsold seats that are given free of charge and as a gift from the producer/theatre.

When making a reservation through PlayByPlay members are promising to fill the exact seat(s) assigned to them by the theatre for that performance.

Members are strongly encouraged to purchase programmes, drinks or sweets whilst attending a production as a small “thank you’ to producers and theatres for the gift of complimentary seats.
